Return Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:
  • Our Products are not eligible for return unless it's a manufacturing defect.
  • Fabrics once cut cannot be returned unless it's a manufacturing defect.
  • All Stitched suits and Unstitched suits are not eligible for return unless it's a manufacturing defect.
  • Customer will have to bare the shipping cost of exchanging the product.
  • Customer will need to take exchange product of same or higher value then the original product amount. In case of higher value, the difference amount need to be paid by customer while placing the exchange order.
Defective Products Process:
  • Submit a photograph of the defect to our Email: care@shaadmaani.co.in immediately upon unpacking.
  • Request a return within 3 days for products with genuine manufacturing or quality defects.
Refund Criteria:
  • Eligible for refund only if there is genuine manufacturing defect and agreed by our store then an exchange of product will be permitted.
  • No refunds or exchanges allowed based on color preferences or change of mind.
Steps for Returns:
  • Contact our care team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide order number, delivery address, reason for return, and image of defective or incorrect product (if applicable).
  • Once product is received and approved by our quality control team, then customer will receive refund within 5-7 days post approval.

Return Process Details:
  • Customer is responsible for returning the product on the address provided by our support team.
  • Ensure returned product is unused, unworn, with original tags intact.
International Orders:
  • Note: Not applicable outside India.
